1. Payment Requirements- All bookings for powered and unpowered sites must be paid in full at the time the booking is made. No booking will be held or confirmed without complete payment.

2. Reservation Confirmation- A booking is only secured once full payment has been received and a confirmation email or receipt has been issued. Unpaid or partially paid bookings will not be held and may be allocated to another guest without notice.

3. Payment Methods- Payment can be made via approved park payment methods, including online booking, phone payment, or BPay.

4. Amendments & Cancellations- Amendments and cancellations may be subject to the park’s standard cancellation policy and availability. Any refunds (if applicable) will be processed in accordance with the park’s cancellation terms.

5. Arrival & Check-In- Guests must check in from 1pm onwards, unless prior arrangements have been approved. Guests must use our check-in kiosk upon arrival.

6. Park Rules- All guests must comply with Lakes Bushland Caravan Park’s park rules and guidelines during their stay. Failure to comply may result in removal from the park without refund.

Cancellations & early departures:

All cancellations will be charged a cancellation surcharge of $24. This cancellation surcharge is a fee to cover costs associated with making the initial booking (wages and payment gateway fees).

Cancellations requested with more than 5 days notice prior to arrival will receive a refund minus our cancellation surcharge.

Cancellations made with less than 5 days notice prior to arrival will receive no refund (only a credit). These bookings will have their booking cost allocated to their guest account as a credit minus the $24 cancellation fee.

Early departures from sites or cabins receive no refund or credit.
